Santiago began his career in construction at a very young age and over the years he has advanced his knowledge of the business in depth.
His background consists of project management, residential and commercial building, renovations, flipping homes and painting.
He takes great pride in his work and this, along with his excellent eye for detail, sets him apart within the building industry.
Homeowners and business owners alike appreciate the unique vision that Santiago provides to them as well as the focus, passion and execution he provides for each project.
Santiago is a husband and proud father to two young boys and one baby girl.

Founder & President
Raul is an accomplished General Contractor with over 25 years of experience within the industry.
He started building homes in Atlanta, GA in 1993 and has since continued to expand all aspects of his business throughout the Carolinas.
His expertise consists of building custom homes, spec homes and renovations in the residential and commercial markets.
He has also been a successful Real Estate Broker since 1998.

Ahmed has a passion for creating unique and well-organized structures and spaces.
His love of architecture and design led him to pursue a bachelor's degree within this field.
Born and raised in Egypt, Ahmed's professional experience spans across the globe in areas such as Dubai, Cairo Egypt, United Arab Emirates and the United States over the last 14 years. Through his extensive work in these vibrant locations, Ahmed has gained a deep understanding of different cultural influences and architectural styles, allowing him to create unique and captivating designs.
Ahmed's design philosophy centers around the belief that spaces should be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional and he strives to strike the perfect balance between beauty and practicality, crafting environments that visually inspire and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them.
His meticulous attention to detail, keen eye for innovation and technical expertise has given him the ability to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones.
SHERILYN TAYLOR
Designer
With 25 years experience in all areas of design, Sherilyn brings a unique "think outside the box" approach to every project.
Originally from Southern California, her past endeavors have consisted of all things creative. She has worked with various luxury custom home builders throughout the Charlotte, NC area creating unique and innovative designs.
She spent 10 years in the fashion industry as a merchandiser, product developer and wardrobe stylist working on various photoshoots, ad campaigns and commercials. She has also worked as professional organizer and makeup artist.
Sherilyn believes that style, organization, function, and quality construction are key elements to a beautiful living space and happy life.
